Renovating buildings in historical center
For an American-Romanian family I am the project manager for the renovation of
their existing buildings located in the historical center of a village near Sibiu.
Planning
Together with the architect we will plan to rehabilitate the structures, inside and outside, including the roofs. There will be a terrace with view of the forested hills.
I assist with obtaining the building permit and necessary documents, liaison between beneficiary and architect, building engineer, constructor, topographer, plumber, electrician, etc. I will deliver intermediary support during renovation.
