Building a family home
For an Irish-Romanian family I've been a consultant for the build of their family home in an area which is full of orchards, and fairly recently reclassified as construction land inside a village near Sibiu.
The house needs to be just big enough to have all the necessary functions in a comfortable setting, while staying in harmony with the natural surroundings. They wish to make use of energy efficient materials and technical solutions whenever possible.
I've assisted them getting started with obtaining the building permit and necessary documents.
